Open and lock your bike key-free with the MyHotelBike Smart Lock app.
By using the app, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of MyHotelBike.

How it works

1. Turn on Bluetooth & Location on your phone
2. Download the app - iPhone (App Store) / Android (Google Play)
3. Create an account - fill in your details and verify your account
4. Start your ride - select your hotel, choose a bike, unlock & ride
5. Pause your ride - tap Lock & Pause Ride and close the lock
6. End your ride - return the bike, tap Lock & End Ride and close the lock

Please note:

• Always lock your bike when leaving it unattended
• End your ride in the app when you’re finished
